This policy explains what information Sunbeam Consulting collects when you visit this website, how it is used, and the third parties involved. Sunbeam Consulting is a solo AI strategy and fractional leadership practice run by Diana Pfeil. If you have any questions, email diana@sunbeams.ai.
Analytics (no cookies)
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic, aggregate traffic patterns such as page views, referring sites, and general location and device type. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not build profiles of individual people or track you across other websites. The data is anonymous and aggregated.
Contact form
If you submit the contact form, your message and the details you provide (such as your name and email address) are delivered to us through Formspree, a form-handling service. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. Formspree processes the submission on our behalf; see Formspree's own privacy policy for details on their handling.
Scheduling
Our contact page links to a scheduling tool provided by Reclaim.ai. If you book a call, any information you enter is handled by Reclaim.ai under their privacy policy. We use it only to schedule and prepare for our conversation.
Fonts
This site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. When your browser requests the font files, your IP address is shared with Google as part of that request. We do not use Google Fonts for tracking.
Hosting
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may keep standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and operational purposes under GitHub's privacy practices.
What we do not do
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run third-party ad networks, and we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. We collect only what is described above.

If you would like to ask about, access, or delete any information you have shared with us (for example, a contact form submission), email diana@sunbeams.ai and we will respond. We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
